Have you ever thought of SEO as coffee? Or maybe we just love caffeine too much here.

But stick with me for bit.

As a team that is also a search engine optimization service provider, we at Coffeebot should at the very least already know what SEO is in a nutshell. It’s basically the methods you use to increase your online visibility. The main goal of SEO is to optimize web pages so they reach the first page of the search results. It is done so you can gain meaningful site traffic. You achieve this through the following:

  • Making use of brand-related keywords (keywords really are the key!)
  • Optimizing your webpages and URLS to be more SEO-friendly
  • Creating high quality content that is relevant to what you do

Some businesses don’t have the time to do all this all by themselves. That’s what we’re here for!

Right–back to coffee.

SEO is like our favorite drink here in the office. You see, there are different kinds of coffee. Different blends. You have the espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, Americanos, and so much more. Oh, and we can’t forget about the good old simple brew, can we?

And just like this caffeinated beverage, there are different blends you can create for your SEO strategy—different kinds of content. You can mix and match the ones you want to focus on, or you can use them all.

You can stick to website writing, creating blog posts and articles that catch the eye of both the search engine and the reader. Do take note—relax with the use of keywords! Too much and it’s too obvious and turns off everybody. And keep away from what they call black hat SEO. Stick to white hat instead. They are techniques that you should follow if you don’t want the likes of Google banning you permanently.

But there’s more to content marketing than written ones! Experiment with what works best for you.

You can go for a more visual-heavy route. Videos and images are all the rage today. A lot of people have a short attention span these days, and visuals are more likely to grab their attention than text can. Infographics, for example, have more chances of getting shares and likes than other kinds of images.

The trick with SEO for images is that you’ll want to name them with the keywords that you are using. But just like with written content: don’t overdo it. And make sure the images are actually relevant!

Just like with coffee, we all have different tastes when it comes to our digital marketing needs. Sometimes we need something strong to give us a little kick. Sometimes only a milder one does the trick. So, are you looking for the perfect blend for your business? Then maybe we have the one just for you. After all, it’s what we specialize in.
