Davao City, Philippines, August 26, 2016 — Digital CB Business Solutions, or intimately called CoffeeBot, is now in its second year as an office-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company. omgIt’s been two years since CoffeeBot started expanding their services by working in a brick and mortar office from its humble beginnings as a home-based group. But after two years of working office-based, and with challenges along the way, Coffeebot was able to find its footing in the BPO industry.

Today, CoffeeBot still maintains its role a web genie for businesses online, offering efficiency, ingenuity, and effective collaboration. Since going office-based, the company has gone through many transformations, according to CoffeeBot Content Writer, Arvin Tampus, “There were many changes since I became a part of Coffebot. The team is growing, the services offered are more diversified, and its partnerships with other organizations has expanded,” he said.

Virtual Assistants Cindy Amahan and Jonalyn Candelada agreed that the move to a much bigger office was one of the biggest changes that the company has gone through. Amahan added that along with a more spacious area to work with, came in heavier responsibilities that each team handles. CoffeeBot was originally based in Buhangin, Davao City, before they transferred to Amalgated Inc. Building along J.P. Laurel Avenue.

Continuous Growth

Aside from having a much larger office and the expansion of its workforce, CoffeeBot has also developed a more inclusive marketing campaign. Even with the steady stream of written content on their profile, CoffeeBot has expanded and responded to the increasing demand for visual content on social media.

The company has recently concluded its first season of their Facebook Live mini-talk show called “CoffeeBreak with CoffeeBot” and has joined in the bandwagon of photo-sharing on Instagram. They also released e-books about Search Engine Optimization (SEO), outreach marketing, social media, and many others.

For their second anniversary, Coffeebot opted for a longer but more intimate formal celebration. The second anniversary party kicked off on August 5 as the employees went on a little pre-celebration treat at World K Box Business Center, Family KTV and Resto Bar.
On the day of the anniversary, Coffeebot employees and affiliates joined together in an intimate dinner. The occasion was filled with delicious food, laughter, balloons, photos and videos. The celebration did not immediately end there, as Coffeebot had a lot more in store for their clients.

Adapt to Change

Moreover, the company will continue to respond to market demands and will expand even more with better services, so says Coffebot Operations Manager, Jessica Marie Madrazo.

“While we will be retaining our strong services that yield great results, we will be adding more services to accommodate more clients and market demands. Specific services like direct sales and digital marketing are always evolving, and we will also adapt to any change,” Madrazo said.

CoffeeBot offers SEO packages in cool Coffeebot fashion such as “Cappuccino,” “Black Coffee” and “Caffe Tabio.” They also specialize in back office work such as administration and organization, email marketing campaigns, explanation video creation, and many others.
